Xebovix OTT respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Submitting a takedown notice

Use the form on this page, or email legal@xebovixott.com. A valid notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name and contact details (email address).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on Xebovix where the material appears.
  4. Proof or a description of your ownership (for example registration numbers or a link to the original).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

  • We review every notice, usually within 48 hours.
  • Valid notices result in the material being removed or disabled. The affected title is hidden from the site immediately while the claim is reviewed.
  • We may forward a copy of the notice to the party that supplied the content.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

Sources that repeatedly supply infringing content are permanently removed from Xebovix.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
